We’re looking for an enthusiastic Account-Based Marketing Manager to develop and execute multi-channel and high-touch ABM campaigns for key target accounts in defined segments. This is a full-time position for someone with previous experience in B2B enterprise software marketing.

You will join our global Demand Generation team and take responsibility for developing the strategy and implementation of effective and scalable 1:1 ABM campaigns that meet the business's growth objectives, with a strong emphasis on driving engagement and pipeline exclusively from chosen top target accounts.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to define strategy and processes to develop scalable multi-channel and high-touch ABM campaigns for key target accounts
  • Own the planning, organization, and execution of 1:1 ABM campaigns that penetrate key accounts and contacts in defined segments
  • Partner with stakeholders in marketing, business development and sales to ensure alignment on priorities and coordination of campaigns including online and offline channels such as digital advertising, outbound prospecting, direct mail and events
  • Conduct account research and create tailored and compelling messaging and assets to leverage across channels
  • Develop our approach to ABM campaign metrics to measure and report on effectiveness of each campaign
  • Establish effective practices first in North America, then scale those to other key markets globally and support in acquiring additional resources where and when needed
  • Document strategy, processes and best practices for stakeholders to reference
  • Act as the internal spokesperson for effective account-based marketing and sales at RELEX

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in integrated B2B marketing within enterprise software/SaaS markets
  • 2+ years of strategic and tactical account-based marketing experience
  • Experience working closely with sales and business development teams
  • Strong project management and analytical skills with commercial acumen
  • A creative thinker with ability to create compelling messaging and campaign flows
  • Collaborative yet independent working style; ability to take lead of projects that require collaboration across functions
  • Attention to detail and flawless execution
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office suite
  • …and of course, the ability to have fun while working!

What we consider as a bonus:

  • Experience working with best of class marketing and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft, 6sense and Zoominfo.
  • Experience of working with an international team
  • Understanding of retail supply chain management
