We are now looking for a full-time Development Manager for Project Methodology to support the development and scalability of our project delivery globally. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with project management, IT implementation and/or consultancy background to use their experience to contribute to our global best practice development. The position will report to Helsinki, but be based in our Atlanta office.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and driving selected development initiatives in the field of project management, business consultancy and sales collaboration
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our project methodology and best practice by developing processes and documentation, and ensuring communication flows between all relevant stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with our product development, global consultancy networks, regional leadership teams and central excellence teams
  • Ensuring that our development work supports our company targets and delivers value to our project teams and customers

 

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or consultancy
  • Internal process development experience with an eye for required change management
  • Great communication and facilitation skills
  • Great attention to detail while considering the big picture
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Genuine interest in improving processes and making customer projects smoother
