Field Marketing Manager, ANZ, RELEX Solutions

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support our expansion in the Asia Pacific region, with the focus on Australia and New Zealand. Preferable locations: Melbourne or Sydney. 

You will join the APAC Field Marketing team and support the development and execution of the regional marketing plan to drive demand generation and brand awareness in support of our plan to humbly dominate the global market for supply chain & retail planning software.

This is a rare opportunity to work cross-functionally and collaborate with all go-to-market teams to build and execute a key component of our global GTM strategy. This includes owning key marketing activities such as digital & physical event organization, participating in the planning and execution of local campaigns, providing ongoing monthly and quarterly marketing updates to key stakeholders, and owning budget and KPI dashboards. In this role, you will closely partner with sales and cross-functional marketing teams, acting as a strategic business partner responsible for localized programs to accelerate lead generation, grow enterprise pipeline and velocity, and increase brand awareness.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work in close alignment with the sales & business development team to deliver and execute effective marketing strategies and plans.
  • Deliver integrated lead generation and marketing programs in ANZ to grow sales pipeline, including webinars, events (physical and virtual), digital campaigns and several other marketing tactics.
  • Work with Central Marketing Functions to leverage corporate wide marketing capabilities and ensure compliance to corporate marketing standards around PR, Brand, social media, and campaign.
  • Liaise and work closely with alliances partners on co-marketing and GTM development.
  • Be the local contact point for the local PR agency to execute PR activities in the region.
  • Measure and report out on all campaign results and ROI. Monitor, analyze and share recommendations for future plans with the marketing and sales team.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Degree holder, preferably in marketing or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing
  • Proven experience in running regional field marketing and channel marketing, including physical and virtual events, and campaign management.
  • Experience in a B2B fast-paced and high-growth environment
  • Experience partnering with sales and business development teams
  • Outstanding skills in project management, prioritization, and process improvement capabilities, with effective time-management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Experience in the retail & supply chain planning industry
  • Proficiency in another Asian language
