We are now looking for a full-time Financial Assistant to reinforce our Group Financial Control & Operations team based in Helsinki, Finland. We expect you to independently run parts of our external finance related processes. The Group Financial Control & Operations team headcount is currently 22 – out of which four professionals belong to the Accounting sub-team that the new Financial Assistant will join.

What you’ll be doing:

The Financial Assistant will play a key role in ensuring our day-to-day finance operations are running smoothly. The key responsibilities are:

  • Reviewing and approving travel- and cost claims
  • Administration of travel expense process; setting up new users, supporting users
  • Reviewing purchase invoices
  • Handling corporate credit card requests
  • Assisting with other accounting or finance related tasks

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Relevant studies in e.g. accounting, finance, business
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a timely and precise manner
  • Independent and proactive work-attitude
  • Good office IT skills
  • Previous experience working with processing of travel and cost claims, or accounts payable invoices is considered as an advantage
