We’re looking for an experienced Head of Digital Channels, Demand Generation to spearhead the development of our digital demand generation strategy and execution. You’ll lead a small team of digital marketing experts to maximize the business impact driven through global paid media channels like paid social, paid search and paid display while supporting our SEO and organic social media strategy and execution in collaboration with Content Marketing and External Communications teams. 

You will join the global Demand Generation department and get to work with a large pool of brilliant marketers across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Own our Paid Social, Search and Display Media strategy and development 
  • Plan, execute and optimize effective, always-on, digital demand generation programs across channels to build awareness and interest, capture demand, drive pipeline and move targeted prospects down the sales funnel 
  • Support the growth and development of our in-house digital channel experts
  • Work closely with Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, ABM and Business Development teams to develop effective paid media campaigns that maximize the impact of our global programs and local activities 
  • Contribute to the development of our SEO and organic social media strategy and execution in collaboration with Content Marketing and Communications teams 
  • Collaborate with Brand & Creative team to ensure we develop and experiment creatives innovatively across digital channels 
  • Utilize ABM platforms and other tools to develop effective audience segmentation and targeting strategies; leverage intent and engagement signals to automatically trigger dynamic advertising programs that engage and convert at scale 
  • Analyze and report on results to identify which tactics and experiments are worth scaling and where we should adjust our approach 
  • Plan and develop funnel and landing page experiments to improve conversion rates 
  • Work closely with Marketing and Sales Operations to support the development of a robust paid media tracking model to gain additional insights into channel and campaign performance 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

  • 6+ years of experience in digital demand generation, performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing preferably in international B2B SaaS industry, managing paid media programs globally 
  • Excellent knowledge of paid media channels like LinkedIn, Meta, Google, Display Networks
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics and campaign performance reporting; ability to build ad hoc reports and analysis with spreadsheets while collaborating with other teams to build the BI dashboard and attribution roadmap
  • Collaborative yet independent working style; ability to lead projects that require collaboration across teams and functions
  • Attention to detail and flawless execution
  • Eagerness to test and learn new things everyday
