We are now looking for a full-time Junior Service Delivery Manager to join our RELEX family in Helsinki. You’ll join a central team of 8 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. You’ll be responsible for coordination and process development activities related to our new release deployments for customer environments. Together with the team you’ll ensure that we deliver outstanding service to our customers. 

What you’ll be doing:  

You will be responsible of coordinating and scheduling our release deployment activities for RELEX customers globally. We publish several releases yearly and these are deployed to our hundreds of customers by the central team. You will also participate in developing the processes and tools related to the release deployments and help in constantly improving our ways of working. You will ensure smooth collaboration and communication between the central team and our customer-facing teams globally.  

What you’ll bring to the table:  

  • Relevant bachelor/master degree in the field of IT, Industrial Management, Business Technology or similar
  • Solid coordination and task management skills 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with both technical and customer-facing teams 
  • Proactive and result-driven attitude towards work  
  • Fluent English skills
