LATAM Operations Lead – Americas

As RELEX expands into new markets, we're looking for a LATAM Operations Lead to support the Partner Ecosystem in Latin America. The LATAM Lead is responsible for coordinating a successful Services Sales campaign for all prospects in LATAM, for developing a proposal and SoW that are aligned to the Customer expectations while meeting RELEX’s own project and profitability targets.  

What you will be doing:

  • General partner planning, resourcing, and information sharing
    • Advise and assist Operations Heads in project resourcing with insight to partner resource statuses and capabilities
    • Plan partner involvement in RELEX projects with the partner based on RELEX Operations’ plans and relevant common sales pipelines
    • Prepare SOW’s for RELEX Operations Heads and partner for new engagements and negotiate rates when needed
  • Partner competence management
    • Follow partner capabilities, maintain partner competence documentation and compliance with RELEX best practices, and manage partner competence development
    • Coordinate trainings for new partner companies and new partner individuals
    • Keep Operations Heads and Sales updated on the partner competence and network
    • Follow partner implementations to monitor that QA checkpoints are followed and that milestones are reached as planned (when partner are prime)
  • Operational Sales Support
    • Maintaining and managing Operational component of LATAM pipeline, ensuring appropriate Operations engagement at the appropriate time
    • Orchestrating the best team setup for the relevant sales phase workshops including Product experts, external Partners, regional resources etc
    • Responsible for the creation of the SOW, by collaborating with and managing Presales and other Operations team member contributors
    • Collaborating with the Sales and Presales teams to choose and present the best solution offering and phasing to customers in each of the sales opportunities 
    • Presenting to prospects on our solution offering, phasing, and project delivery methodology

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Solid understanding of planning in software implementations and consulting
  • Strong Project Management and Product knowledge
  • Development oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Empathy to understand various parties from their point of views
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
