Position: Lead Business Consultant
Position Duties:
Lead RELEX (software) implementations as solution and business expert, including:
- Being main point of contact for customer business organization
- Lead design sessions and guide the team into optimal design decisions
- Oversee and guide the teams (business consultants and solution consultants) during implementation
- Troubleshoot complex issues during implementation
Lead role in our most challenging and largest customer programs/ implementations including:
- Proactively managing project consultant teams
- Giving strong support to project manager in project management
- Trusted advisor for customer providing consulting skills and a solid understanding in customers' business processes
- Disseminates best practices (both implementation approach and solution suggestions) to others
- Work in a tight collaboration with central teams and tribes
Taking RELEX forward through work outside own domain, including:
- Contributing to RELEX Best practice development: participating in selected workshops & commenting best practices
- Supporting sales cases
- Writing blog posts
Education/Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a closely related field & 36 months of experience required as a Supply Chain Manager/Business Consultant, or a closely related occupation.
Travel Requirement: Up to 50% travel in the U.S. to unanticipated locations
