We are now looking for a full-time Program Manager for RELEX SaaS development projects to join our RELEX family in Helsinki. At RELEX, we develop and maintain a high-performance SaaS solution for supply chain management. As a critical part of product development, we maintain an advanced Continuous Integration setup, a set of in-house developed and off-the shelf tools and auxiliary systems for high levels of automation in building, testing, packaging, and deploying the software to our customers. We maintain our own internal data centers as well as utilize the public cloud in our offering. 

 

What you’ll be doing:  

Program Manager will be managing our most complex product development projects.In this position, you’d be working closely with Product Management, Engineering and Customer Operations teams to ensure the smooth transition of software development projects into the products used by our customers. Your projects will include multiple sub-projects and will involve multiple teams. 

You will be planning and coordinating development projects with stakeholders from mainly technical teams from R&D and Customer Operations. You will be also working with external suppliers and contractors. Your goal is to lead the project for successful launch by managing project resources, risks, timetables, and dependencies. Your main tools for collaboration and documentation are MS Office & SharePoint and JIRA & Confluence. 

 

What you’ll bring to the table:  

  • Has 5+ years of experience of managing large multi-team IT projects 
  • Has excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English 
  • Has experience in building fluent cross-team collaboration 
  • Not afraid to raise his/her voice to get issues resolved 

 

What we consider as an advantage: 

  • Experience in SaaS business 
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships 
  • A strong interest in software development as a process and how to improve it 
  • Software Engineering background
  •  Experience in IT infrastructure 
  • Experience with public cloud providers 
  • Experience in project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scaled Agile 
  • Certifications in one or more of the following: PMI, IPMA, Prince2, Agile, SAFe
