To support the rapid growth of our global sales organization, we are now looking for an ambitious Solutions Consultant to join our Sales Operations team to take a leading role in improving our growing Salesforce architecture and implementing the changes in practice.

In this role you work closely with many revenue generating functions such as sales, marketing & other customer facing functions. You are open to new challenges and enjoy driving and supporting change management initiatives. You have a fundamental interest in sales and data and preferably have consulted or worked for Sales in a previous role. With an eye for detail, you enjoy getting your hands dirty, but also know when to step back and look at the broader picture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Transforming internal stakeholders’ business needs into practical Salesforce implementations
  • Understanding solution design & deployment cycle from requirement specifications to deployment · Leading Salesforce development projects and proactively identifying pain points and areas for further development · Work closely with other teams such as Finance, Product & Operations to build processes and define best practices related to Salesforce
  • Develop data security processes & integrity

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Strong knowledge of best practise Salesforce architecture implementation, development & maintenance
  • Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, Economics or similar) · 2+ years of work experience in Salesforce architecture and development (Certified Salesforce Admin)
  • Experience in one or multiple coding languages, MS Excel, SQL and/or BI Tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills (the working language is English)
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude with the ability to prioritize tasks and work autonomously
