Your Role: As a Service Delivery Manager in our Copenhagen office, you will be a pivotal part of our Nordic service delivery team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Directly managing selected services for assigned customers.
  • Enhancing and maintaining RELEX-wide service delivery processes.
  • Conducting regular service reviews with customers.
  • Leading environmental changes, including disaster recovery, development, configuration, incidents, and problem management.
  • Being accountable for release upgrade planning and deployments.
  • Ensuring operational efficiency, resolving customer-related issues in line with SLAs.
  • Identifying gaps and suggesting continuous improvements, promoting best practices within Service Delivery.
  • Managing profitability from a cost perspective.
  • Ensuring timely monthly invoicing.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in IT software service management and/or consulting, supply chain management is seen as an advantage.
  • Skills: Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and IT change management processes.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to deliver measurable value in high-speed environments.
  • Communication: Excellent coordination and communication skills in both Scandinavian languages and English.
