We are looking for a full-time Operations Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Specialist to join our RELEX family in Helsinki. Depending on your previous professional experience we can determine the suitable position for either a Coordinator or Specialist. You’ll join a cross-functional Central Talent Acquisition team of 11 people, who will help you succeed in your new role.  In addition, we have local Talent Acquisition colleagues in the US, UK, and Germany. While we strive to harmonize our global recruiting processes, we aim to enable our specialists to work freely in their roles.

At RELEX we believe it’s time to move beyond the traditional recruiting/sourcing methods and think outside the box! The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of our Operations Talent Tribe (team of 3). The Tribe makes sure we efficiently share best practices and identifies the development areas under Operations that need our attention.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Having a full ownership of the recruitments in your product area (main focus on Service Delivery)
  • Identifying and finding suitable candidates, coordinating them through the recruitment pipeline and interviewing candidates
  • Being a 360 recruitment partner for hiring managers
  • Building relationships with people and talking to them about RELEX and what it’s like to be a RELEXian (some call this sourcing)
  • Getting creative and trying new ideas, why don’t we challenge the norm?
  • Having fun doing all the above

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitments  
  • An ability to speak with people and build relationships, we are part of the People team after all
  • Eagerness to learn, ask thoughtful questions and think outside the box
  • Eagerness to deepen your understanding of the recruiting market
  • Energy and enthusiasm to the hiring process
  • Fluent English skills as it’s our company language, knowledge of Finnish & Swedish considered a bonus
