RELEX is a hyper-growth company with over 1000 employees in 14 locations around the world. In the past two years we have more than doubled our employee count and we are not stopping there! To support our amazing growth, we are now looking for a colleague to build out our Talent Acquisition team to support Nordics and Baltics growth within Customer Operations.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a best-in-class team with people, process and technology. Constantly evaluating what’s working versus what’s not, understand impact, and not be afraid to change.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading our new Talent Acquisition Team for Customer Operations in the Nordics (team of 3)
  • Be a strategic partner to some of the industry’s best leaders and managers
  • Supporting our Operations leaders in talent planning and forward thinking TA Solutions to ensure we are moving to a proactive sourcing model
  • Project managing recruitment cycles to ensure we continue to hire awesome people
  • Building relationships with people and talking to them about RELEX and what it’s like to be a RELEXian
  • Getting creative and trying new ideas, why don’t we challenge the norm?
  • Having fun doing all the above


What you’ll bring to the table:

  •  An understanding of what it takes to takes to make a Talent Acquisition team successful
  • An ability to speak with people and build relationships, we are part of the People team after all
  • Knowledge of the role that Talent Acquisition can play within a company
  • Understanding of tools used in Talent Acquisition and how to best utilise them
  • Eagerness to learn, ask thoughtful questions and think outside the box
  • Fluent communication skills in English, knowledge of Finnish & Swedish considered a bonus
