We are looking for a full-time Value Development Consultant to join our RELEX family in Milan or Venice.
You’ll join the Value Development team, which is expanding alongside our increasing project delivery.
What does it mean to work in the Value Development Team?
As a member of the Value Development team, you will be responsible for maximizing value for our existing customers. You will work as a dedicated consultant for specific accounts, producing value development roadmaps in collaboration with our customers and guiding and supporting customers in value-bringing activities. Furthermore, you will also work with our partners to enable them to priming and co-priming value development.
Key Responsibilities
- Value Development:
- Assist in creating and implementing value development roadmaps in collaboration with customers.
- Support measurable value delivery for existing customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to guide on optimal value propositions for existing customers
- Customer Engagement:
- Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for customers regarding business logics.
- Help create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the customer pool.
- Regularly communicate with customers on progress and updates.
- Solution Development:
- Gather user requirements and propose solutions.
- Proactively propose new RELEX BP, modules or new solutions that improve the usage of RELEX by the customer
- Assist in developing Statements of Work (SOW) including descriptions of business cases, solution proposals, assumptions, impacts, risks, scope, resources, deliverables, and fees.
- Support the development, testing, and training of customers on the agreed solutions.
- Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
- Work closely with partners to enable them in delivering value development services.
- Help deliver ACT programs and KPI assessments.
- Support customer KPI reviews and improvements.
- Align with your Team Lead about the progress status of current activities and new initiatives to improve business results.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Studies and background in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Supply Chain.
- Previous work experience with Forecasting & Replenishment or Retail Planning tools, or in supply chain fields.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical thinking to solve complex business problems and enhance customer value.
- Good time management skills, self-driven, flexible, and independent personality with a drive to set examples, drive change, and challenge the status quo.
- High energy and contagious enthusiasm, with a positive mindset and humble confidence.
- Strong teamwork capability.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
