Iconic UK Luxury Department Store Selects RELEX Solutions to Optimise Its Multi-Channel Inventory

Liberty London selected RELEX Solutions, provider of unified retail planning solutions, to help seamlessly manage inventory across all its sales channels and DC to increase availability and maintain its high service-level standards.

The world-famous department store offers an impressive range of luxury goods from fashion and jewellery to stationery, furniture and gifts at its central London store and online. Liberty London was seeking a robust inventory planning system to manage its vast assortment, improve forecast accuracy and streamline its replenishment process. The RELEX system calculates order quantity recommendations in line with forecasted demand allowing faster, more accurate decision-making.

The solution is being deployed using a phased and flexible approach, starting with Liberty’s beauty offering, enabling the joint team to develop, adapt, and trial new processes before extending to all categories.
