Project Coordinator Intern

We are now looking for a Project Coordinator Intern to join our RELEX family in the US. You will help support the successful implementation of RELEX’s suite of systems by supporting and coordinating the project teams internally.. You’ll join the Customer Operations team of 100+ people, who will help you succeed in your new role.

Join us as a Project Coordinator Intern, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:

  • Responsible for establishing the project plan and project tools for new projects
  • Responsible for maintaining resource management tool
  • Responsible for new project initiation process
  • Collaborating with Sales Support and Operations to ensure resource estimates are accurate
  • Supporting project managers by preparing material, assisting with invoices and collaborating on project updates
  • Supporting the Partner Success team with resource plan and access rights

We’re looking for:

  • Relevant work or coursework experience in project management or project coordination of IT system implementation projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management, task management and budget management skills
  • Demonstrates an outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
  • A high sense of ownership and personal accountability for ensuring the quality and timeliness of own work
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft skills and savvy with data entry
  • Ability to work in our Atlanta Midtown office up to 3-4 days/week. 

What we consider as an advantage:

  • Industry experience with a grocery, consumer products goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retailers or suppliers, preferably experience with Tier 1 retailer
  • Solid understanding of retail industry best practice
  • Ability to understand Supply Chain Management and other retail planning systems from business and IT perspectives 
  • Strong work ethic, ability to learn on the fly, autonomy in delivering tasks, and self-starter approach to taking on new challenges and expanding your horizons.
