Radstock Co-operative Society Collaborates with RELEX Solutions to Optimize Space and Assortment to Meet Local Demand

Independent co-operative retailer, Radstock Co-operative Society, selected RELEX’s Space Planning solution to enhance its merchandising strategy and to improve customer experience across its stores. With demand-driven planograms and locally aligned assortments, the retailer continues its journey to become more customer centric by providing its regional customer community a tailored offering to maximize sales opportunities and provide an enhanced shopping experience.

With RELEX’s Space Planning solution, Radstock Co-op can optimize product inventory levels and planograms to ensure the assortment is specific to the space available in each store for any category and fixture type, while taking in to consideration local influence and demand to provide a better in-store experience.

RELEX’s solution will allow Radstock Co-op to fully customize the planograms for each store to better suit their requirements, improve compliance and reduce implementation time. Radstock Co-op will take assortment and planogram recommendations from the Co-op Group and adjust them to meet their local requirements through incorporating local SKU’s and using their own stores performance data to analyze and allocate demand driven inventory on-shelf. Additionally, by having an accurate planogram and localized range, the right information can be sent to the supply chain for more effective ordering and replenishment.
