RELEX Solutions and its customer Booths, the UK’s leading regional supermarket, have achieved success as finalists in the Retail Systems Awards being shortlisted in two categories, Supply Chain Solution of the Year and Technology Team of the Year.
The Retail Systems Awards recognise technology excellence and innovation within the retail sector and is celebrating its 10th Anniversary. This year’s awards have received the highest number of entries on record, making being shortlisted an even greater achievement for RELEX and Booths. The winners will be determined by an independent judging panel and announced at the renowned Retail Systems Awards Gala and Dinner on 15th October 2015.

The two categories acknowledge the significant results Booths and RELEX have achieved together through their Supply Chain Transformation and Spoilage Reduction project. Booths and RELEX’s joint team achieved roll-out of RELEX’s innovative supply chain solution across all Booths stores and product lines in just six months reducing spoilage by 20% in fresh cabinet items and 10% across the assortment. In addition, RELEX enabled Booths to have a 95%+ availability across all product categories in most stores.
