On 8th March 2017, Andrew Blatherwick, Chairman, RELEX Solutions, will be taking part in the charting the path to multi-channel excellence panel discussion at Retail Week Live.
The panel will explore today’s omnichannel challenges and how retailers are reframing their businesses to overcome the obstacles in preparation for the next tide.
Joining Andrew, who has more than two decades of experience in retail supply chain, will be Bertrand Bodson, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, Sainsbury’s Argos; Catriona Marshall, CEO, Hobbycraft; and Nick Williams, MD, Consumer Digital, Lloyds Banking Group. Each panellist will bring their industry experience to the open discussion; providing retailers with practical advice and real life examples.
Andrew will provide best practice in retail supply chain management and will highlight how – by supplementing areas of the business with technology – retailers can achieve a truly seamless multi-channel experience for customers without having to change everything within the business.
