Annual user survey points to growing satisfaction with RELEX system and service

A large majority of RELEX customers find its systems powerful, easy to use and would recommend them to colleagues and business contacts according to the company’s latest poll of its users.

Users also rate highly the quality of collaboration they experienced during implementation and the ongoing support following roll-out.

RELEX’s annual customer survey tracks levels of satisfaction and provides valuable feedback about which aspects of its technology are working well and which might benefit from further development.

Most respondents (just above 78%) found RELEX solutions easy to use while almost 72% agreed that RELEX adapted easily to their changing needs.

To a great extent we are able to define how we want it to work with our needs in mind,” said one. “Purchase orders can be done quickly and smoothly, a lot of campaign data, exceptions and so forth can be organised within the same view, and all our data from other systems can be found easily in RELEX,” replied another.

Consequently an impressive 77.3% of those who answered said they’d happily recommend RELEX demand forecasting and supply chain management solutions.

When it came to collaboration 78.6% completely or somewhat agreed with the suggestion that ‘RELEX is an easy company to work with compared to other software vendors’ while 81% agreed that RELEX had matched their expectations against just 1% who completely disagreed.

Just under 82% said they were satisfied with the service from the RELEX project team while a similar proportion were equally positive about customer support.

“A lot of the responses said things like ‘keep up the good work’,” says Johanna Småros, RELEX Chairman and co-founder, “but our favourite was; ‘Because there is always room for improvement, I did not give full points in any of the questions :) Happy Christmas.’ ”
