The Opportunity
In response to our rapid growth and market expansion, we are seeking a Program Manager, Delivery Intelligence APAC.
The delivery of enterprise software is evolving and changing with the streamlining of processes and accelerated utilization of advanced tools powered by AI.
This role is designed to work with the project management team, PMO, regional leadership and global teams to drive the transition in region from the current delivery model to a new project management and delivery approach. As the Program Manager, Delivery Intelligence APAC, you will be responsible for the alignment of new project methodologies, intelligent AI delivery innovations, and best practice standards that underpin the new ways of working.
You are not here to maintain the status quo but drive its transformation, thoughtfully, practically, and at pace. You will work collaboratively with the local and global teams across professional services, customer success, service delivery and sales, connecting the day-to-day realities of project planning, management and delivery in APAC to the broader organizational AI strategy.
The role will also act as Project Owner on selected strategic implementations to ensure the customer relationship, project management and overall adoption of new process and tools is fully supported.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Portfolio Performance
- Partner with regional leadership to continually improve the successful growth of SaaS while increasing the delivery portfolio’s profitability
- Improve predictability of scope, commercials, and resourcing across the region in collaboration with operational and functional leadership.
- Strengthen estimation disciplines and margin protection through project planning intelligence, delivery optimization and innovative deal shaping, in partnership with service sales and the regional leadership team
- Increase scalability and delivery capacity through targeted delivery optimization, process improvements, and effective use of technology.
- Accountable for the financial measurement, benchmarking, reporting including operational process and tool governance for the region
- Guiding the internal and external communication plan for the portfolio, including steering group meetings, escalation paths and customer engagement techniques.
- Upskilling and supporting Program/Project Managers – Providing guidance on growth opportunities and intervening in escalations when necessarily to provide project management SME support.
- Ensuring that all internal stakeholders are adequately informed of the portfolio’s progress in the implementation and adoption of innovative processes and tools.
- Participating and supporting the service sales process to agree appropriate timelines, project management resource requirements, and project delivery approach
- Drive delivery Partner upskilling on project RELEX delivery innovation, governance expectations and new ways of working to ensure they can provide exceptional delivery experiences and time to value for our customers.
- Support the commercial governance of the delivery negotiation and statement of work aspects of the portfolio for either in-flight or new projects
- Intelligent Delivery & Innovation
- Responsible for the regional alignment and adaption of the implementation methodology incorporating AI innovation and tools.
- Lead initiatives that measurably improve utilisation, margin, and on-time delivery, using data and AI-assisted analysis to target interventions where they will have the greatest impact.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure regional operations are realising commercial outcomes, and that AI adoption translates into tangible business results.
- Act as the regional change lead for the team adoption and embed ways of working for an AI-enabled delivery operating model
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools relevant to professional services delivery and build a structured approach to piloting, measuring, and scaling what works.
- Drive the reduction of project cycle time and improve estimate accuracy
- Identify and address the friction points and process latency that slow delivery teams down, from onboarding to project close-out, with a focus on where AI can eliminate effort rather than just streamline it.
- Improve cross-functional handovers and accountability clarity
- Drive standardisation and consistency across the region without compromising agility
- Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Own and continuously improve the regional delivery governance framework
- Establish governance standards for AI usage, automation, and workflow redesign
- Provide structured transparency on portfolio health, risks, margin, and capacity
- Act as a senior escalation point for systemic delivery issues
- Drive consistent standards aligned to global frameworks
- Capability & Accountability Uplift
- Strengthen ownership culture across Program/Project Managers and Project Owners
- Redefine role clarity and accountability standards in an AI-augmented delivery environment
- Elevate delivery professionalism through tooling, coaching, and performance standards
- Upskill Program/Project Managers and Project Owners in AI-augmented delivery tools
- Contribute to regional and global best practice development
- Cross-Functional System Leadership
- Influence Consulting, PM, CSM, and Sales leadership to improve system performance
- Chair regional forums focused on delivery metrics, AI adoption, and improvement initiatives
- Provide structured, data-driven recommendations for strategic improvement
- Ensure delivery processes evolve proactively — not reactively
Key Requirements
- A genuine interest in AI and its application to professional services delivery, with hands-on experience exploring or implementing AI tools in a work context.
- 8+ years in enterprise software delivery, consulting, professional services or PMO leadership
- Experience leading large-scale programs or transforming delivery operating models
- Demonstrated experience in business analysis, process engineering, innovation of project management methodology and governance frameworks
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, commercial controls, and resourcing strategy
- Proven experience leading complex IT system implementations (Retail or Manufacturing preferred)
- Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics in operational or delivery environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence peer-level leaders without direct authority
- Strong commercial acumen and risk management capability
- Experience operating across multi-country, emerging markets or regional environments
- Ability to engage and influence senior customer and internal stakeholders

- Change leadership and organisational transformation experience
- A track record of implementing or scaling AI tools within a professional services or consulting environments.
- Supply chain industry knowledge (Retail or Manufacturing)
- Proven ability to coach and develop senior delivery professionals
- Ability to translate technical intelligence into business outcomes
