For Lyne Zreika, work is about much more than KPIs and emails – it’s about people, purpose, and finding the right rhythm between growth and authenticity.
Lyne is a Business Development Representative (BDR) for the Middle East market, based in London. While her day-to-day is filled with strategic outreach and pipeline building, her path to RELEX wasn’t exactly linear.
“I actually come from a marketing background, so this has been a bit of a shift,” she explains. “Sales and marketing definitely intersect, but I was looking for something that better fit my character.”
That search led her to RELEX, where she found the kind of dynamic environment she’d been craving – one that brings together challenge, creativity, and continuous learning.
From Creativity in the Kitchen to Connection in the Workplace
Outside of work, Lyne expresses her creativity through cooking. “I really enjoy cooking – especially Lebanese dishes, which connects back to my roots. That’s where I find joy and get to express my creativity,” she says. It’s no surprise that her warmth and people-first approach extend naturally into her professional life, too.
At RELEX, Lyne’s role is to help grow our customer base across the Middle East. She’s responsible for identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and initiating meaningful conversations with retailers and manufacturers.
“My goal is to warm up the pipeline and spark meaningful conversations,” Lyne explains. “It’s about identifying real opportunities and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships.”

When asked what sets RELEX apart from other companies, Lyne doesn’t hesitate:
“The culture and the people – definitely. From day one, everyone has been incredibly welcoming and supportive. You can genuinely feel that colleagues care about each other’s growth, both personally and professionally.”
It’s a common sentiment among RELEXians, but Lyne articulates it in a way that’s especially grounded. “When people say a colleague is also a friend, it’s not just talk – you see it in the way people act and support one another.”

Keeping the Bar High and Reaching Higher
RELEX is always evolving, and Lyne sees that as a strength. “We’re doing a good job already, but of course, there’s always room to grow,” she reflects. One improvement she’d like to see? More opportunities for cross-team and cross-location collaboration. “Making those moments more frequent could help strengthen collaboration and make work even smoother for everyone.”
