We are looking for a full-time (Senior) Supply Chain Consultant to join our RELEX family in Poland. You’ll be part of our dynamic Customer Operations team, working closely with customers to design, configure, and deliver RELEX solutions that optimize their supply chain and retail planning processes. This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to grow professionally in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Main tasks include:
– Work in implementation projects and continuous value development; in demand forecasting, replenishment, and process development.
– Gather customer requirements, analyze data, and configure RELEX solutions to meet their needs.
– Train customers to use RELEX tools effectively and support them through testing and validation.
– Collaborate internally to refine best practices and expand industry knowledge.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in supply chain planning, software implementation, or consulting OR a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Skills in areas like inventory management, demand forecasting, logistics, or business data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to continuously learn and handle large complex entities
- Ability to understand data from business and IT perspectives
- Fluent communication skills in English and Polish
- Knowledge and ability learn/understand at least one query language (e.g. SQL, JSON, Ruby, Python, R, Excel Macros etc.)
- Experience from retail, FMCG/CPG supply chain management, logistics, and pricing
- Experience in implementing or maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions
