In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant (or Senior Supply Chain Consultant, depending on experience) to join our growing Scandinavian team. This position is internally referred to as a Solution Consultant, but we’ve chosen the title Supply Chain Consultant for this posting to better reflect the nature of the work and improve visibility among applicants. Regardless of title, the role focuses on delivering impactful supply chain solutions to our customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering RELEX’s software implementations across retail and manufacturing supply chains. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology -translating complex business challenges into optimized solutions within our unified RELEX platform.
You’ll be a trusted advisor to our customers, guiding them through system configuration, data-driven process design, and the realization of measurable business value.
What we need you to do and be
- Lead or participate in end-to-end RELEX implementation projects across retail and manufacturing supply chains.
- Conduct business and technical workshops to design tailored, customer-centric solutions.
- Configure RELEX systems to meet business needs across modules such as Forecasting, Replenishment, Space, and Price & Promotions.
- Perform data analysis, process mapping, and KPI validation to ensure business value and system adoption.
- Train customer teams and ensure effective handover for sustainable usage and ROI.
- Support sales teams in solution positioning and benefit analysis when needed.
- Collaborate with Product Management and global teams to enhance best practices and shape RELEX’s product evolution.
- Coach and mentor junior consultants within the Scandinavian delivery team.
What you’ll bring to the table
- A degree (BSc/MSc) in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply chain management, retail, or consulting, preferably within grocery, CPG, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insight.
- Experience in software configuration, implementation projects, or solution design. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or similar tools used in configuration and analysis.
- Ability to understand and communicate both business processes and IT requirements clearly.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, fluent in English (Nordic language fluency is a plus).
- Willingness to travel occasionally across the region to meet customers and RELEX colleagues.
What we consider a plus
- Experience with RELEX software or other advanced planning solutions.
- Proven experience in large-scale enterprise software implementation.
- Additional proficiency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
