Customer Operations at Pricing & Promotions
The RELEX Price & Promotions team in Sweden is expanding and seeking a Business Consultant to lead consulting engagements across continuous service delivery and full-lifecycle implementation projects in pricing and promotional planning.
As a Business Consultant, you’ll conduct strategic, operational, and organizational analysis to design and implement RELEX solutions tailored to customer needs. You’ll guide clients through data validation, configuration, and optimization while driving measurable business outcomes. Additionally, you’ll support sales initiatives through solution positioning, RFI responses, benefit analysis, and ROI development. On select projects and change requests, you’ll assume project management responsibilities including stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and budget oversight.

Join us as a Business Consultant in our Stockholm office, where you’ll
- Lead process development workshops and implementation projects, configuring the P&P platform to customer specifications including promotional objectives, pricing rules, and workflow settings
- Build, test, and validate platform configurations while partnering with customers through User Acceptance Testing to ensure solution readiness
- Develop analytical queries on large datasets to deliver custom insights, KPI dashboards, and performance tracking that drive business case realization and system adoption
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to both operational teams and executive leadership, providing hands-on consulting on campaign evaluation, forecasting, and optimization
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into development roadmaps, and support sales efforts as a subject matter expert
- Engage with global teams on international projects, sharing best practices and contributing to cross-regional knowledge transfer

- Genuine curiosity about promotion planning and pricing systems from both business and technical perspectives
- Ability to translate customer requirements into effective software configurations and scalable solutions
- Self-directed approach to developing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for value creation
- Fluent English communication skills for stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
What we consider as an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, promotional planning, retail, category management, supply chain, management consulting, or project management
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Track record implementing or supporting enterprise-scale software solutions through full project lifecycles
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design business processes, deliver training, and support user acceptance testing
- Service-oriented approach with proven success solving complex, real-world business challenges
