Business Consultant, Value Development – RELEX Solutions, Scandinavia
As a member of the Value Development team, you will be responsible for maximizing value for our existing customers. You will work as a dedicated consultant for specific accounts, producing value development roadmaps in collaboration with our customers and guiding and supporting customers in value-bringing activities.
Customer Operations
Our Customer Operations team partner with customers and support their diverse needs. What you’ll be doing:
As a Business Consultant, your role involves contributing to and supporting our customers in both projects and continuous service within supply chain management. You will conduct business analysis at strategic, operational, and organizational levels, and you will also be accountable for designing, developing, and implementing RELEX solutions.
- Steer and manage different aspects of retail and supply chain planning development projects in the fields of replenishment and forecasting.
- Build and test configurations to support customer workflows, train key users, and support the customer through User Acceptance Testing
- Work with customers on a consultancy basis to understand and optimize their business processes and identify areas of opportunity to increase sales, reduce cost and maximize efficiency.
- Perform business insight and problem-solving activities at the strategic, operational, and organizational level.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Relevant higher degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Management, Engineering, or other relevant subject expertise
- Preferably, 2 years of work experience in supply chain management, inventory management, demand forecasting, pricing, promotion planning, management consulting, software implementation, or other relevant areas in the retail/consulting industry.
- Experience in implementing or maintaining IT solutions would be advantageous.
- Experience with RELEX solutions is considered a strong advantage.
- Communication skills in English, and one of the Scandinavian languages, both written and verbal.
