What you’ll be doing:
Would you like to be part of a success story and play a key role in the retail revolution? Then join our team as Business Consultant (m/f/*) in the area of supply chain management!
- You analyze your customers’ supply chains to optimize their business processes and are familiar with their requirements.
- You implement the requirements and process mapping in our software.
- With your expertise in our software solution and SCM, you advise the customer and deliver real added value.
- You focus on the customer’s success and work with them to define relevant KPIs to measure it.
- You will work in interdisciplinary and international teams and drive our internal knowledge exchange.
- You act as a mentor for our junior colleagues and working students.
What you will bring to the table:
- You have a degree and have already gained 1-3 years of experience in working with retail customers and with retail planning processes, ideally in the role of a consultant.
- You have an understanding of SCM software from a business perspective.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
- You are a talented communicator and organizer.
- You are quick to take on responsibility and have an independent way of working.
- Ideally, you are also fluent in German
