Compensation Manager
Apply nowWe are now looking for a full-time Compensation Manager to join our People team in Helsinki, Finland, Stockholm, Sweden or Lisbon, Portugal. Our People team at RELEX currently consists of 60+ professionals located in several countries globally, the majority in Helsinki.
As our very first Compensation Manager, you’ll be working closely with the People team, the Finance team as well as our Function leaders. You will develop our compensation strategy and processes around salary reviews, bonus plans, and be an integral part of our Workday and job structure implementation project.

What you’ll be doing
- Oversee and manage compensation programs, including base salary, incentives, and other rewards.
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Develop and maintain job structures and pay frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable compensation laws and regulations.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership teams to align compensation strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance on salary negotiations, job offers, and internal pay equity.
- Lead compensation-related projects, including annual salary reviews and bonus program administration.
- Analyze compensation data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in compensation.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in compensation data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with compensation tools, HRIS systems, and market pricing software.
- Strong communication, change management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills that fit a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Full working fluency in English.
