Apply nowWe are now looking for a full-time Director of Product, Forecasting and Replenishment, to join our RELEX family in the United States. You’ll join the product team of 30+ people, who will help you succeed in your new role.
The F&R Product Area owns the vision, product strategy, roadmap, and commercial success for our Retail Forecasting & Replenishment (F&R) Product Portfolio. This team is responsible for defining the future direction of F&R, translating it into a roadmap for both development and configuration templates, and collaborating with R&D teams to build the product. In this role, you’ll drive strong growth in F&R by supporting our Sales and Customer Success teams in expanding and retaining our customer base, as well as expanding the solution footprint to generate new value streams and upsell opportunities. The team is also responsible for bringing products and features to market and ensuring that our Operations teams and Partners can effectively implement and support them.
The VP of Product, F&R leads the product area, serving as team lead for all associated teams. This role reports to the RELEX Chief Product Officer and is part of the Product Leadership Team. We are looking for this future team member to be based in the United States. There will be some travel required to customer sites, our US office in Atlanta, as well as, regular visits to the Helsinki Office as needed.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and maintain a compelling short- and long-term product vision aligned with company goals, balancing innovation, customer needs, usability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead the creation of a balanced roadmap that addresses critical customer challenges, optimizes user experience, and supports the scalability of our solution.
- Strengthen our ability to collaborate with key customers and prospects, deeply understanding the market to iteratively refine our roadmap and pilot new solutions.
- Ensure best practices in F&R are established across key verticals and provide robust support models for all regions and partners.
- Serve as the primary evangelist and senior leader for the F&R product area, representing the team across RELEX and to external stakeholders.
- Oversee and set targets for the product area’s business performance, driving towards targeted P&L results and growth.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Solid understanding of the Retail Forecasting & Replenishment area, covering our customers and their business needs and use process, as well as our technology & products
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams, with a strong emphasis on being a Manager for Managers.
- Demonstrated experience in customer interface roles, with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Experience in providing strategic direction and leadership, demonstrating accountability and a results-driven mindset.
- A history of strong accountability in previous roles, with the ability to drive results and navigate complex challenges.
- Ability to develop and articulate a compelling vision for the Product area, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
- A commitment to fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, with a focus on mentoring and coaching talent.
- Strong skills in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience in leading teams through change, with the ability to inspire and motivate others during transitions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions that drive organizational success.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and bounce back from setbacks, maintaining a positive outlook.
- High emotional intelligence to understand and manage one’s emotions and those of others, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
