In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our RELEX’s Forecasting and Replenishment department.

As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of RELEX’s forecasting and replenishment product. You’ll lead a diverse team of Software developers, Data Scientists and Solution Architects, ensuring that our products meet customer needs with the best possible solutions.

Own the product end-to-end, ensuring its current and future success. Our ideal candidate is passionate about the business impact of engineering and steers the technical solution to serve the use-case the best way possible. They understand that the best technical solution is one that delivers measurable value to customers and supports our business objectives.
Lead the team ensuring effective ways of working, prioritization, target setting, and supporting team members’ growth
Drive the product vision
Represent the team and collaborate with customers, product managers and other RELEX teams to ensure alignment

Proven competence to lead others, craft a vision, and deliver it through the team
Proven track record of continuous learning and growth

Excellent communication and influencing skills

T-Shaped competency profile: generalist in many areas, but also deep understanding in either tech or business, preferably both
Fluent in written and spoken English
