Now we are looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to join our Executive Support Team for a fixed 1-year period. The team contributes to the efficiency of our business by supporting mostly but not only the Leadership Team and Finance & Legal departments. You will be able to help us achieve this goal by providing timely and proactive support to different stakeholders. Our work is very versatile so you will be able to build cross-functional relationships within RELEX and be a part of other functions´ projects as well. This position is located in Helsinki, Finland, with flexible opportunities for remote work. The C-level executives you will be supporting are based in Finland and US.
What we need you to do and be

- Support several C-level executives with e.g. calendars, travel arrangements and cost claims
- Organise and coordinate events
- Provide administrative support to the Finance and Legal teams and other functions
- File and retrieve corporate records, documents, and reports
- Prioritize and follow-up with matters that need attention from other stakeholders
- Proactively look for ways to improve our operations
What you’ll bring to the table

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in Office 365
- Service & support oriented attitude
- Good organizational skills with ability to think proactively
- Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly react to multiple requests
- Excellent communication skills with internal and external parties
- Willingness to develop new skills in different areas
- Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- As a bonus, we consider the experience of working with an international team, plus great communication and organizational skills
- Experience with Slack, Visma M2, Asana is seen as an advantage
