At RELEX Solutions, we build cutting-edge software that helps retailers and consumer goods companies optimize their supply chains, reduce waste, and improve sustainability. As we scale, we’re centralizing the management of all sales tools at our HQ and are looking for a Go-to-market (GTM) Systems Analyst to join our global Sales Operations team.
This role is essential in ensuring that our go-to-market (GTM) teams, Sales, Business Development and Customer Success, can operate efficiently with seamless access to the tools and technologies they rely on every day. You’ll take ownership of the technical configuration, day-to-day administration, access control, AI enablement, and vendor management of our Sales Enablement Platform and key prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, etc.).
You’ll collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product Marketing and IT to maintain system performance, support business needs, and drive innovation through smarter tooling and automation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Tool Ownership & Administration: Act as the primary system administrator for the Sales Enablement Platform, all sales prospecting tools (e.g., Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense etc.) and support in technical CPQ development.
- AI Enablement & Adoption: Stay up to date on AI advancements within sales tools and drive the adoption and effective use of AI-powered features within the Sales Enablement Platform and sales prospecting tools.
- Access & License Management: Manage user provisioning, access control, role-based permissions, and license management across platforms.
- System Configuration: Configure system settings and integrations to support sales workflows and ensure optimal tool performance.
- User Training: Create onboarding materials and deliver ongoing training for sales reps, managers, and other stakeholders.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation for system configurations, workflows, user guides, and admin processes.
- Support: Provide support for tool-related issues, escalating to vendors when needed.
- Analytics & Reporting: Generate and distribute regular usage, adoption, and performance reports, and track KPIs related to tool effectiveness and seller engagement.
- Vendor & Renewal Management: Own relationships with software vendors, oversee renewals, usage reviews, and cost optimization efforts in coordination with procurement and IT teams.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree (e.g. Business, Tech, Communication, Economics or similar).
- 3+ years of experience in a systems admin role, ideally with sales enablement (e.g. Seismic or Highspot) or prospecting systems.
- Strong technical understanding of SaaS tools and integration with CRM systems like Salesforce.
- Experience developing documentation and training for cross-functional audiences.
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills (fluency in English is required).
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
What we consider as an advantage:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration.
- Experience with evaluating and implementing new tools.
- Experience working in a global or multi-region sales organization.
