In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a driven Junior Motion & Video Editor to join our Brand & Creative team in either of our London or Stoke office. If you love storytelling through video, have a natural eye for detail, and enjoy bringing ideas to life – this could be your next step.
You’ll work closely with our Video & Motion Team Lead to craft engaging, high-quality content for a range of platforms. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in editing, motion graphics, and creative storytelling in a fun, fast-paced environment.
What we need you to do and be
- Create product demos, explainers, social ads, and marketing assets that simplify complex ideas through visual storytelling.
- Collaborate closely with peers and stakeholders, contributing fresh ideas and creative energy to marketing initiatives.
- Develop storyboards, visual concepts, and motion-ready assets.
- Edit live-action footage, apply sound and colour correction, and integrate motion overlays to deliver polished outputs.
- Design and animate motion graphics to enhance video content.
- Adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all deliverables.
- Execute end-to-end production – from ideation to delivery.
- Leverage AI tools to deliver faster, smarter results.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Strong skills within the Adobe Creative Suite – Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator.
- Good understanding of motion design, editing principles, and sound design basics.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a range of motion and video work.
- Around 1+ year’s experience in a similar in-house or freelance role.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Video Production, Animation, Motion Design, or related subject.
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn – someone who thrives on creativity and storytelling.
- Well-organised, reliable, and confident communicating progress to others.
- Enthusiastic about exploring new creative technology and techniques.
- Motivated to develop and learn on the job.
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge of video production fundamentals.
- Familiarity with AI tools and workflows.
