Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to build and scale our educational delivery and enablement function. Educational Delivery Strategy & Enablement

- This area will be developed in phases, and you will have support from HR, team leads, and other internal partners to ensure a sustainable and high-impact program.
- You will also serve as the focal point for internal upskilling, aligning educational offerings with regional needs and long-term value delivery goals. Internal enablement will be developed progressively, with support from relevant stakeholders.

- Launch foundational customer training modules and pilot graduate program components within the first year.
