Payroll & Benefits Administrator – Contract
Apply nowRELEX Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join our team on a 9-month contract basis (could extend). The Payroll & Benefits Administrator will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration of employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Join us as a Payroll & Benefits Administrator, and this is some of what you’ll be doing:
- Payroll data entry and Semi-monthly payroll processing
- Weekly payroll data auditing
- Payroll calculations include PTO, termination, benefits, and one-off bonuses.
- Handle payout for Direct Consultants and Contractors through RELEX PEO Partner
- Handle employee questions regarding pay and basic benefits
- Auditing and reconciling benefit invoices
- Administer Annual Open Enrollment process for RELEX
- Facilitating benefits enrollment and conducting orientation sessions for new hires (partnered with RELEX’s Benefit Brokerage firm).
- Work with the Onboarding Coordinator to ensure payroll information is accurately added to HRIS systems.
- Keep SOC codes updated with new hires and employee address changes
- Update employee taxes and deductions, as needed
- Work with the Global Mobility team to manage assignees’ pay, deductions, and allowances.
- Partner with the global finance team to properly manage employees with variable pay.
We’re Looking For:
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll administration
- 3-5 years of experience in payroll tax administration
- 3+ years of experience in benefits administration with basic knowledge of health, dental, vision, and life insurance
- Experience with COBRA administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- HRIS experience
- Great attention to detail
