We are proud of our culture: we have a strong, talented, and ambitious team who enjoy their work and have lots of fun together.

We are now looking for 2 part-time Analysts to become a part of the RELEX family in Helsinki. You’ll join the Product Adoption team (part of the Forecasting and Replenishment (F&R) product department) of 7 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. The team is committed to ensuring that our solutions are well adopted by our customers. You will support the team in achieving this goal by designing and delivering supporting materials for our implementation consultants and customer base, managing different projects to improve how we measure and drive adoption, and assisting in providing all these.

This position is ideal for students: during the school year it’s a part-time contract (approx. 15 hours per week), which expands to a full-time commitment during the summertime.

What you’ll be doing:
As an Analyst in Product Adoption, you will work with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to enable our user community to use RELEX to its fullest. An ongoing and significant part of this role involves building training material as the basis of eLearning for our products. Additionally, it includes responsibility for other projects and analytics work: in the past couple of years our analysts have each led work that delivers some of the department’s most important and game-changing initiatives. This is a great position to learn more about how the RELEX F&R application works, the retail supply chain in general, and activities that drive product adoption in enterprise technology.

In this role, you will:

  • Create professional training materials for conversion into engaging eLearning courses.
  • Manage the enablement and adoption initiatives through their lifecycle, from the initial idea, through all the review stages to their development and release.
  • Continuously develop your own expertise with regards to RELEX F&R solutions.
  • Grow professionally within the supply chain, retail and technology.

As examples, in the last couple of years our analysts have worked on…

  • Analyzing customer survey data for our department, delivering a Power BI report to visualize the results, and presenting the insights internally.
  • Implementation of new enablement and adoption measurement capabilities to our software, including in-app guides and UI analytics.
  • A data pipeline project involving different stakeholders across many departments, while also learning and constructing a solution using databases and query languages.
  • Creation and coordination of critical documentation updates and promotional material for our user base and software implementation community.

We’re looking for:

  • A willingness to learn to use the RELEX system and the different topics related to forecasting and replenishment
  • A willingness to learn technical skills as needed to support our development initiatives (for example, SQL, Power BI, monitoring services, UI analytics tooling, etc.)
  • Prioritization and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Resourcefulness in solving problems and overcoming challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written English
  • Expertise in PowerPoint
  • Confident in building working relationships with colleagues and different stakeholders
  • Someone who can drive team spirit, positivity and energy
  • A 2nd-year student or higher in relevant studies, e.g. supply chain, logistics, or industrial engineering. Note that this is a part-time position for the majority of the year, so we are also expecting at least 12-18 months remaining in your study calendar.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Helsinki

What we consider as an advantage:

  • Experience in supply chain-related work
  • Experience in the software development industry, esp. retail, manufacturing or B2B SaaS
  • Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring
  • Experience in producing supporting materials for different stakeholders
