We’re looking for a business and stakeholder-oriented Product Manager to join our Platform Product Management team, focusing on integrations and observability capabilities in RELEX shared services. In this role, you’ll help shape the foundation that enables our customers, partners, and internal teams to connect, monitor, and operate our solutions efficiently.
You will work at the intersection of technology and customer needs, driving discovery, strategy, and execution to ensure our platform services are reliable, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the business. Your work will directly influence how efficiently customers can adopt, monitor, and operate RELEX solutions, creating measurable value for them and for our company.
Join us as a Product Manager and this is some of what you’ll be doing:
- Act as the product manager for observability and integration capabilities in RELEX shared services.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders (Customer Operations, Partners, Product Teams, R&D, etc.) to understand use cases, capture requirements, and document product artifacts.
- Distill complex requirements into actionable roadmaps and clear backlog items for the development team.
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy for the platform in collaboration with wider Product and R&D.
- Lead product discovery to identify essential customer and stakeholder needs.
- Build and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer priorities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product development and adoption.
- Define, prioritize, and refine features that enhance integrations and observability.
- Track product performance, gather feedback, and optimize for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
- Manage stakeholders by communicating plans, progress, and results in a clear, transparent way.
We’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager (preferably in platform, integrations, or observability domains).
- Skilled in product discovery, stakeholder management, and translating complex requirements into actionable roadmaps.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work across functions and influence without direct authority.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architectures, and monitoring/observability practices.
- Ability to balance technical depth with business context to make sound prioritization decisions.
- Analytical mindset with experience tracking product performance and driving optimization.
What we consider as an advantage:
- Experience in SaaS, B2B enterprise software, or large-scale platform development.
- Familiarity with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry) and integration technologies (e.g., REST, GraphQL, message queues, iPaaS).
- Exposure to agile product development methodologies.
