We are looking for a full-time Senior Business Consultant with MFG/FMCG experience to join our RELEX family in Warsaw, Poland. You’ll be part of our dynamic Customer Operations team, working closely with customers to design, configure, and deliver RELEX solutions that optimize their supply chain and manufacturing processes. This is a customer-facing role with opportunities to grow professionally in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Main tasks include:
- Lead implementation projects and continuous value development; in demand forecasting, production planning, production scheduling, and process development.
- Gather customer requirements, analyze data, and configure RELEX solutions to meet their needs.
- Train customers to use RELEX tools effectively and support them through testing and validation.
- Lead collaboration internally to refine best practices and expansion of industry knowledge.
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years of experience in consulting in the manufacturing industry, experience in software implementation and a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mathematics).
- Skills in areas like production planning, demand forecasting, logistics, or business data analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to constantly learn and proactively develop internal processes
- Ability to understand data from business and IT perspectives
- Fluent communication skills in English and Polish
- Knowledge and ability learn/understand at least one query language (e.g. SQL, JSON, Ruby, Python, R, Excel Macros etc.)
- Experience in implementing or maintaining enterprise-scale software solutions
