In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for (Senior) Integration Specialist to join our Business & Information Technology (BIT) department. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and optimising integrations that power our internal ecosystems. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our systems connect, scale, and evolve as RELEX continues its global growth.

You will design, implement, and support solutions to integrate internal applications across the organisation, ensuring reliable data flow and system compatibility. The main objective is to create robust, maintainable integrations that enhance efficiency as business needs change. You will collaborate with BIT Department teams, business operations, and external partners on integration projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Data Factory, and API Management)
- Automate deployment pipelines with Terraform, GitHub Actions, and other CI/CD tools to ensure consistency and speed
- Implement scalable, high-performance integrations that align with business objectives and follow best practices in software design and data management
- Collaborate across teams from business stakeholders to developers and external vendors to understand integration needs and deliver reliable, future-ready solutions
- Document integration architectures, design specifications, and data models to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing
- Stay curious: keep up with the latest trends in cloud integration, data engineering, and automation, and bring new ideas to the table.
What you’ll bring to the table

- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in system integration or software engineering
- Proven expertise in API design, system integration patterns, and data synchronisation techniques
- Proficiency in C#, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience integrating CRM, ERP, or HRIS systems in enterprise environments
- Deep understanding of integration frameworks, including event-driven architectures and real-time data flows
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, security, and identity management best practices.
- Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and an eye for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
