In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a skilled (Senior) Product Manager to join our RELEX family. You will join our growing Manufacturing Product team, focusing on our Supply Planning solutions.
Your area of responsibility will include one or several of the following key areas:
- Inventory Planning
- Purchase Planning
- Supplier / Supply Chain Collaboration
RELEX is organized around two Business Units that are focused on Retail and Manufacturing. You will play a key role in the future of our strategically important Manufacturing Business Unit on our path, elevating our Supply Planning solutions to the next level. Together we are building a world-class solution for Supply Chain Planning and optimization for our manufacturing customers. You will witness fast growth, work with solution recognized by analysts as Leader in Supply Chain Planning while you engage with some of the best-known logos across consumer-packaged goods industry globally.

You will have a significant role in product management helping the team set the product vision and strategy, defining commercial go-to market strategy, discovering customer challenges, prioritizing them, setting new requirements for the solution, and leading and giving directions to our product development roadmap.
- You will be working tightly together with the rest of the Manufacturing Product team and be a key contributor to overall Product strategy for the Manufacturing business.
- You will be responsible for owning selected solution(s) for the Manufacturing business, which includes:
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define product vision and strategy and define commercial go-to market strategy for your solution. Communicating this vision on all levels, ensuing it gives the required direction to all product and development functions.
- Product Roadmap: Own the longer-term Product roadmap, understanding how our existing solution improves, as well as giving direction to the Engineering team in building and maintaining the operational roadmaps and ongoing development efforts.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish good working relationships with different key stakeholders within Product and Technology organizations (Product management, UX, etc.), Customer Operations, Sales, Pre-sales, and Marketing teams.
- Product Expertise: Play the role of Supply Planning expert with a deep knowledge and understanding of the related processes & product and its value statements and Key Performance Indicators. Be a product evangelist of your products both internally and externally (e.g., supporting sales, engaging with prospective partners).
- Supporting Sales & Operations: Play the role of trusted advisor within sales cases and supporting implementation projects by working together with our Operations, Product Excellence & Best Practice teams on best practice within Supply Planning area solutions.
What you’ll bring to the table

- Minimum 2 years of experience in both or either of the following:
- Manufacturing related products within the industry and a clear view of best practice, and how improvements can be made in terms of solutions and user experience.
- Experience in Product management, and software and general product development, including development methodology and roadmap management.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Planning area business processes, having a deep understanding of basic principles, challenges businesses are facing within Supply Planning domain and have a vision for how we can improve in business value, quality, and transparency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required for interactions at all levels of the business internally and externally.
- Able to take ownership and provide the product direction in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholder teams.
- Able to work with Sales, Strategy, and Operations teams together to utilize their strategic guidance for the best of the product.
- Actively work with customers and involve them continuously in product communications.
- Can talk about difficult topics on multiple abstraction layers from C-level to other members of the wider product team.
- Can play the role of Product expert for our Operations team (new and existing projects), and sales cases.
- Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy
- Fluent in written and spoken English
What we Consider as an Advantage:
- Experience and deep knowledge of the Manufacturing industries in the broader picture, especially in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) area.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting understanding how our manufacturing customers utilize Supply Chain Planning solutions especially in Supply Planning domain
