In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to join our Configuration Management Tool team. This role requires genuine full-stack capabilities – we need someone who is excited to work across both frontend and backend, not someone looking to specialize in just one area.
Configuration Management Tool is RELEX’s internal developer platform for customer configuration. Rather than building one-off features, the CMT team builds primitives that other engineering teams use to create their own solutions: DSL for dynamic UIs, event-driven hooks for workflow automation, and APIs that abstract away infrastructure complexity.
This position is for platform engineering. You’ll design systems that scale across teams, not features that ship to one customer.
What we need you to do and be

- You will build responsive React front-ends while developing robust .NET microservices on the backend
- You will work closely with both technical teams (other developers) and non-technical stakeholders (operational teams), translating requirements into reliable and scalable technical solutions
- You will implement Infrastructure as Code using GitHub Actions and GitHub-based workflows
- You will contribute to technical decision-making and help drive operational excellence within the team. You’ll learn from and mentor team members.
What you’ll bring to the table

- Proficiency in React for front-end development
- Strong experience with C# and building .NET Framework microservices
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly using GitHub Actions or GitHub-based workflows
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset – you’ll be working with diverse stakeholders across the organization
- Service-oriented approach with genuine enthusiasm for automation and building tools that make others’ work easier
- Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy
- Fluent in written and spoken English

- Azure infrastructure expertise and Azure certifications
- Experience working with CosmosDB
- Kubernetes knowledge and practical experience
- Familiarity with SpiceDB or other fine-grained authorization systems
- Python programming skills
- Terraform experience for infrastructure provisioning
- Experience working in monorepo environments
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture principles, Mediator pattern, and CQRS (Command Query Responsibility Segregation)
