As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, ensuring we bring in the right people while building scalable, equitable, and impactful hiring practices across the US and beyond.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Partner with business leaders to understand their priorities and translate them into tailored hiring strategies.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance throughout the hiring process, helping managers make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Leverage tools, processes, and metrics to continuously improve how we attract, evaluate, and hire top talent.
- Champion an equitable, inclusive approach to hiring that strengthens our culture and expands opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or growth-focused environment.
- Strong track record of building trusted partnerships with senior leaders and influencing hiring outcomes.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple functions or business areas.
- Proven experience recruiting for software or technology companies, especially for Professional Services and Product teams. A strong understanding of these environments is essential for attracting top talent.
- Skilled at using data, insights, and technology to improve decision-making and elevate the hiring process.
- Passion for creating exceptional candidate experiences and driving business success through people.
