The Enablement Team is part of our Global Service Delivery function. Our purpose is to enable Customer Service Delivery Managers (SDMs) to spend more time delivering customer value.
We’re looking for a Service Delivery Coordinator to help support and deliver the internal activities that make our service delivery more efficient and scalable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn about service operations, process improvement, and customer delivery in a fast-growing SaaS company. You’ll play a key role by owning and managing essential internal processes that were previously handled by SDMs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and complete assigned operational tasks that support SDMs globally – such as scheduling upgrades, coordinating routine maintenance and disaster recovery testing, preparing reports, and updating internal documentation
- Use internal tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI and Excel to maintain data accuracy and workflows
- Collaborate with the wider Enablement Team on improvement initiatives and delivery cycles
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, request information, or clarify task requirements
- Identify opportunities to improve consistency, reduce manual work, and enhance visibility in day-to-day operations
What we’re looking for:
- A proactive, organized approach to your work – you like structure and are task orientated
- Clear communication skills – you are comfortable asking questions and keeping others informed
- Confidence using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus, but not essential
- A natural curiosity to learn about how things work and how to make them better
- The ability to follow processes accurately while identifying areas for improvement
- An interest in exploring how automation and AI can streamline processes and drive smarter ways of working
- A team player with a positive and enthusiastic mindset with a willingness to grow

Location & Travel:
- This role is based in Mexico, with occasional travel to Atlanta or London as required for team collaboration and onboarding activities
