In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our Continuous Service team in either one of the offices in Oslo, Copenhagen or Stockholm. Scandinavian language skills are an advantage but not mandatory for this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for selected customers in Scandinavia and their services. You will have varied tasks between the technical side of our SaaS solutions and customer business. Our team focuses on happy and growing customers, and together with the team you’ll ensure that we deliver outstanding service to our customers.
What we need you to do and be
- You will secure compliance of our RELEX-wide service delivery processes
- Perform service reviews with the customers
- Be on top of financial targets and other KPI metrics. Many of your key performance indicators are linked to service quality such as SLAs and customer satisfaction surveys
- Being accountable for our ITIL based processes, like IT environment changes, disaster recovery, development, configuration, incidents and problem management
- Create and own service roadmaps for your customers.
- Planning and coordinating version upgrades
- Be accountable that the RELEX system is fully operational and accessible, and that the customer’s RELEX system-related problems are resolved in accordance with SLA
- Identify area of improvements related to business continuity and contribute to process optimization
- Perform business analysis and problem-solving activities at strategic, operational, technical and organizational level
What you’ll bring to the table

- At least 2 to 3 years of previous work experience in IT software service management, supply chain management, service management, customer success management and / or consulting
- Be familiar with ITSM, ITIL Framework and IT change management processes
- Proven capabilities to deliver measurable value in high-speed environments
- Excellent coordination skills
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to understanding our products end-to-end, with a particular focus on the technical aspects, to consistently deliver world-class service.
- Great communication skills in at least English both in written and verbally
- Ability to work proactively and result-driven
What We Consider as an Advantage
- ITIL Foundation 4 Certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with the customer’s stakeholders, including resources at C level
- Ability to independently develop customer accounts and create added value for our customers.
- Experience in working with/in Retail or Manufacturing or SaaS
- Professional communication skills in one of the Scandinavian languages
