We are looking for a Solution Analyst (m/f/*) CPG / Manufacturing to join our team. We’re looking for someone with lots of energy who will share our passion for using the latest technologies – including machine learning – to optimize our customers’ supply chains.
You’ll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants with plenty of opportunities for personal development and growth. You’ll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative, creative solutions. The role requires curiosity about supply chain business processes and software configuration.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build a solid foundation of product knowledge and a consultant mindset to support software implementation projects and continuous service.
- Assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design in collaboration with senior consultants.
- Support testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet customer needs and maintain high standards.
- Participate in training and user adoption activities to help clients successfully leverage our solutions.
- Develop and apply data proficiency by analyzing large datasets, investigating issues, and supporting configuration activities.
- Provide ongoing support to help clients resolve critical incidents and achieve continuous improvements through value-driven development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, showing adaptability, eagerness to learn, and openness to changing priorities.
What you’ll bring to the table
- A relevant academic background (e.g., Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields).
- Initial working experience in areas such as solution design, testing, documentation, consulting, or supply chain/retail operations are a plus.
- Evidence of strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a must; familiarity with SQL or other programming languages is an advantage.
- Clear and proactive communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
- Curiosity, flexibility, and motivation to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
