Customer Operations at Pricing & Promotions
The RELEX Price & Promotions team in Sweden is expanding and seeking a Business Consultant to lead consulting engagements across continuous service delivery and full-lifecycle implementation projects in pricing and promotional planning.
As a Solutions Consultant, you’ll conduct strategic, operational, and organizational analysis to design and implement RELEX solutions tailored to customer needs. You’ll guide clients through data validation, configuration, and optimization while driving measurable business outcomes. Additionally, you’ll support sales initiatives through solution positioning, RFI responses, benefit analysis, and ROI development. On select projects and change requests, you’ll assume project management responsibilities including stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and budget oversight.

Solution Consultant
Join us as a Solution Consultant in our Stockholm office and work closely with retail customers to solve pricing and promotion challenges using the RELEX platform.
This role combines analytical problem-solving, technical work, and customer-facing consulting. You’ll take ownership of customer solutions end-to-end and work closely with Product and Engineering to ensure what we build works in practice.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and specify integrations between the RELEX platform and customers’ systems
- Configure the Price & Promotion platform to reflect business requirements
- Analyze large datasets to optimize forecasts, attribution models, and promotional performance
- Implement customer-specific logic using SQL, Go, Python, or similar technologies
- Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to scope development needs and represent customer requirements
- Support customers across the full lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, training, and go-live
- Act as a hands-on consultant and partner for customers using RELEX in production
We are looking for someone who
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and enjoys working with complex business problems
- Is adaptable and comfortable with change in project scope, priorities, and customer environments
- Has a technical foundation or ambition to grow in SQL, Go, Python, or data-heavy systems
- Can map customer requirements to software configuration and technical solutions
- Is confident working directly with customer stakeholders
- Takes ownership, drives progress independently, and keeps a holistic view of the solution
- Enjoys working in cross-functional and international teams
- Is curious about pricing and promotion planning from business and system perspectives
- Communicates clearly in English
- Is open to international travel (up to 25%)
What we consider an advantage
- Experience in pricing, promotions, retail, supply chain, consulting, or project-based roles
- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar
- Experience implementing or supporting enterprise software in customer environments
- Ability to gather requirements, design processes, deliver training, and support UAT
- Experience working with large datasets and extracting what matters
- Background in technical systems or tools such as SQL, Python, SAP, Oracle, VBA, or similar
- A structured, service-minded approach to solving customer problems
