In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for a Strategy Manager, M&A to join our Strategy & Corporate Development team. You will play a leading role in shaping our M&A strategy and priorities, identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities that strengthen our market position and accelerate our product and geographic expansion. Additionally, you will support investor relations activities and corporate funding processes, contributing to our financial strategy and stakeholder engagement. - Manage end-to-end M&A processes, from target identification and screening to due diligence, deal structuring, negotiation, and post-merger integration support
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential acquisition targets aligned with our strategic priorities
- Conduct financial analysis and valuation of potential targets
- Prepare investment memos, board presentations, and other materials for senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Sales to assess strategic fit and integration requirements
- Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the technology, SaaS, retail and manufacturing sectors
- Support investor relations, including preparation of investor materials and stakeholder communications
- Support broader corporate strategy initiatives and special projects as needed
What you’ll bring to the table

- 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate strategy/M&A
- Proven experience from M&A processes and due diligence
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in valuation and transaction analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior stakeholders
- Strong project management capabilities and ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Self-starter mentality with a high degree of intellectual curiosity
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures
- Comfortable with using AI in your everyday work and developing the use of AI tools as a larger organizational strategy
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Genuine interest in technology markets and SaaS business models
What we consider as a bonus:
- Experience with cross-border transactions
- Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, or capital markets processes
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
