In response to our fast growth and market expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Consultant to join our RELEX team in Spain.
The Role
As a Supply Chain Consultant at RELEX, your main goal is to develop successful customer projects in the area of supply chain optimisation. You will conduct supply chain related analysis across implementation projects, develop advisory on customers’ business processes, and support the functional configuration of RELEX software. You will have the opportunity to build deep expertise in supply chain optimisation and become a trusted advisor for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead different aspects of retail and supply chain planning projects, mainly in the fields of demand forecasting, inventory management, analytics, and retail process development.
- Gather business requirements from clients, build configurations, and train end-users, steering customers towards the adoption of RELEX best practices.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their business goals and support them in achieving measurable outcomes.
- Work with clients on a consultancy basis to understand and optimise their business processes, identifying opportunities to increase sales, reduce costs, and improve the efficiency of in-store operations through optimised product assortments and inventory management.
- Perform business analysis and problem-solving at the strategic, operational, and organisational level.
- Carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis on customer supply chain systems, reporting and analysing KPI impacts for key stakeholders.
- Configure RELEX software based on agreed design and best practices, assessing optimal models to deliver business value.
- Maintain regular alignment with the project delivery team on configuration status and any challenges to be addressed.
- Attend customer workshops on process design when needed.
What You Will Bring to the Table
- 3 to 5 years of experience in consulting, supply chain management, demand forecasting, inventory management, business analytics, or a relevant area within retail or consulting.
- Experience in software implementation, including requirements gathering, process design, training, and user testing support, either as a consultant or as a customer.
- A degree in Industrial Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Information Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel.

- Experience in working with a Grocery / CPG / FMCG retailer or supplier
- Experience in retail processes, store and logistic operations
- Experience in pricing and promotional planning or space planning or production planning
- Capability to interact confidently with customer stakeholders from end users to C-level
- Entrepreneurial attitude with an interest towards growing the business
- Outstanding work ethic and a sense of urgency to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
- Knowledge of Catalan, Italian, French and/or Portuguese language
