As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a contractor or fixed-term basis to support our recruitment efforts during a high-demand period. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, international environment while exploring the talent landscape in Poland—and beyond.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles across RELEX, with a primary focus on Poland while supporting hiring needs across the broader EMEA region.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to both local and regional needs.
- Source and engage top talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen RELEX’s visibility in Poland and across EMEA.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in our ATS (Greenhouse) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within a SaaS or tech company, with a strong track record of hiring for professional services roles.
- Excellent sourcing skills and hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of the Polish talent market.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Based in Poland and available to start as soon as possible, either as a contractor or on a fixed-term basis.
