We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Analyst (L&D) to take ownership of technical environments and processes supporting internal training, partner training, and certification initiatives. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the stability, scalability, and effectiveness of training and certification programs, while also providing technical guidance and expertise to internal teams and partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and a passion for enabling others through training and certification.

As a Technical Analyst (L&D), you will have the opportunity to:

  1. Technical Ownership of Training and Certification Environments:
    • Oversee the environments used for internal and partner training, ensuring their stability and reliability.
    • Technical management of environments:  version upgrades, ensuring environments are up-to-date and aligned with the latest technical standards.
    • Perform data maintenance to support training and certification activities.
    • Design and maintain the architecture of training environments to meet evolving needs.
    • Own the process for new environment creation & initial build.
  2. Technical Guidance and Consulting:
    • Provide technical guidance and consulting on development topics related to training and certification.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to address technical challenges and ensure alignment with best practices
  3. Partner Certification Development and Assessment:
    • Collaborate with the Partner Certification and Enablement Team to further develop the Technical Partner Certification program.
    • Assess and evaluate Technical Partner Certification exams to ensure our partner meet RELEX quality standards.
  4. Partner Training Program Development and support:
    • Design and develop comprehensive Technical Partner training programs to enhance partner expertise and enablement.
    • Ensure training programs are aligned with certification requirements and RELEX best practices.
    • TC partner training enablement and support: organizing TC partner trainings and enabling partner access to training environments.

We’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or experience in Software Engineering, Information Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computing Science.
  • Strong technical expertise in managing and maintaining internal environments, including version upgrades and architecture design.
  • Experience in programming/database/query languages & tools (e.g., SQL Server, REST API, PowerShell, Java, Ruby, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and partners.
  • Fluent in English
